A month before our chasunah I debated whether to spend the money on the live stream – someone said to me ‘just have someone hold a smart phone and use skype’ – a  few days before the wedding a friend who had used the live stream before told be ‘you just can’t compare -its like night and day ‘

In the end we hired Daniel from Video Eden, and my family who watched in America said it was the best money they ever spent.

To Donny and Nachshon,

I want you to know how much I and my family appreciate what you did for us at our mother/grandmother’s funeral.

I was happy to know that there were family members and friends who couldn’t be there but were watching it in real time from other locations. While we waited for the proceedings to begin, our children were receiving sms’s and/or emails from people who were able to watch us in the funeral chapel. When they told me this, I was both surprised and grateful that technology can help bring us together both for שמחות as well as for sad times such as my mother’s funeral.

The other thing that I noticed about Nachshon streaming the eulogies was that it did not feel at all intrusive. 

We could mourn my mother’s passing and eulogize her life without much thought about the streaming. Thanks so much for your professionalism, Nachshon.

After the funeral when I sat shiva in ירושלים and Toronto, both family and friends told me that they had watched the funeral via the streaming. At once, I was impressed that people cared enough about us to spend the time to watch the streaming. At the same time, they said that it was so well done that they felt as if they were there.
